Company - This company is a leading provider of software systems to support sales & marketing.

Project - The firm desired a Microsoft-based application to support budgeting & forecasting in their Great Plain-based business systems environment.  Working with SAP, Strafford engaged and won a competitive deal to implement SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) for improvements to budgeting and forecasting.  During the implementation, Strafford build an extensive support for headcount planning that was integrated with HR functionality from the ERP package.
