Company - This utility serves the entire northeastern United States

Project - This utility had implemented Crystal Reports, a Business Objects technology.  The software package had complex integration with two transactional systems provided to the utility through an ASP model.  Since this implementation, the utility had standardized on Hyperion for all reporting.  Strafford consultants engaged to implement Hyperion Interactive Reporting in a comprehensive project that successfully transitioned the utility to its tool of choice.

In a subsequent project Strafford assisted a number of subsidiary operating companies with improvements to their business intelligence approaches.  Our work to support this utility continues with occasional "on call" work to assist with report development and system administration.
