Project - During initial conversations, it was obvious to Strafford that this firm was stuck in the "rut" that occasionally develops when internal teams work this process without consulting assistance.  While cordial, the process had broken down over base-level disagreements as to functionality needed and vendor offerings.  Strafford was able to engage in our "Front to Back" process which quickly determined the core functionality required.  After a thorough review, the technology selected had not actually been under consideration before our engagement.
