Project - Korn/Ferry selected Infor PM to replace their legacy Infor FDC solution for consolidation and financial reporting.  After implementation, Korn/Ferry was dissatisfied with the improvements to process and reporting.  Strafford was engaged to ascertain the state of the application and make recommendations for improvement.  This overview included the possibility of shelving the application and utilizing technology from the incumbent business systems provider, SAP.  After conclusion of a short consulting engagement, Strafford was able to commit to assisting with a successful reimplementation.  During the ensuing engagement, the application was slightly redesigned, then rebuilt while providing significant knowledge transfer.  The result - Strafford reference account.
