Company - This company develops and markets next generation printhead technology for ink jet printers.

Project - This firm used Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics until growth required a true team-based approach to reporting.  The firm looked at all the packages available, yet focused on OutlookSoft (SAP BPC) and Cognos in a final evaluation.  Strafford assisted with final negotiation and was selected to implement Cognos Planning and Cognos Finance.  The resulting implementation helped to improve both financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting.
