Company - Industrial manufacturer with ten major reporting divisions and many additional sites.

Project - Strafford was engaged by the Corporate Controller of this organization to review a selection process centered in replacement of a legacy consolidation solution.  The initial documentation package was lacking, so Strafford worked with the internal team to ensure full requirements and detailed evaluation of the selected tools had been completed.  In the end, the Corporate Controller ratified the decision of his Finance team, but did see value from Strafford's work that eased implementation and adoption issues across their business.
