Project - A longtime Hyperion Enterprise user, this client had allowed their implementation to become too complex for simple administration.  At the same time, they wanted to upgrade to 6.5 in order to benefit from newer functionality.

One Strafford consultant engaged to fully upgrade multiple instances of Enterprise with intricate HAL data loading routines.  All told, we completed initial review, upgrade, significant knowledge transfer and assisted with data validation in about 100 hours of time over 2-3 weeks.
